Job Description:
Responsibilities
* Establish an intense relationship with technical and sales teams to develop solutions close to Clariant Portfolio.
* Lead technical projects related to Circular economy (Biofuels, waste renewable, Edible Oil, etc.).
* Balance offering between EMEA PFA plants.
* Support target accounts, introduce new products, resolve customer claims.
* Align technical service goals with Sales and Operations.
* Survey customer and market unmet needs and suggest measures and projects.
* Understand customer needs and translate into products and services.
* Solve customer and product problems concerning EH&S, QM and customers' production.
* Ensure implementation of planned actions.
Requirements
* Relevant Degree in Chemistry or Engineering, Business (with technical experience) or related.
* Relevant experience of minimum of 3 years in Industry as technical sales, technical support, technical service, technical development.
* Knowledge and experience in Bentonite, Mineralogy, or Oil-Process-Refining.
* Fluent in English (advanced) with strong communication skills.
* Technical, business and customer focus skills.
* Availability to work in our plant in Yuncos, Toledo.
