About the Role
Our Customer Account Managers assist in developing and growing the initial customer network for the Geodis marketplace. You will be part of a team that partners with external clients and internal sales teams to facilitate daily operations, anticipate challenges, and present solutions to delight Enterprise customers and support Geodis RT's business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
* Process Improvement: Develop and implement process improvements to enhance execution
* Daily Operations: Direct, manage, and execute daily operations in support of our International customer base
* Business Process Development: Participate in the development, implementation, and automation of critical business processes and tools used to track sales process, forecasting, pipeline management, and performance
* Customer Solutions: Work with customers to find new solutions for their logistics challenges
* Issue Management: Manage issues arising from freight movement
* Operational Metrics: Be able to discuss core operational and growth metrics with the management team
* Sales Support: Serve as a partner to our sales team, anticipating challenges and presenting solutions to support Geodis RT's objectives
Requirements
* Education: Undergraduate degree or 2+ years of equivalent experience in a professional environment focused on process and operational improvement
* Problem-Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve complex problems under pressure
