We are looking for an enthusiastic:
Managing Director - Voith Paper Tolosa (m/f/d)
In this role, you will be responsible for contributing to the development of Voith Paper's Products and Service (P&S) business for the paper industry and reporting to the President of our Business Line Products and Services Europe.
As Managing Director for Voith Paper Tolosa, your key responsibilities are to:
1. Manage the Tolosa site with complete accountability for profit and loss.
2. Continue the growth track of this site according to our P&S global Strategy.
3. Engage in close customer interaction to secure and execute major rebuild orders, as well as building long-lasting customer relationships with key accounts in Iberia.
4. Ensure an ambitious growth of our Spare Parts, Wear Parts and Service business.
5. Successfully develop the Fabrics and Rolls business for Iberia as well as acting as a global hub for major Projects Rebuilds around the world.
6. Continue to transform the organization to be truly customer-centered.
7. Foster a corporate culture to support high performance and employee appreciation.
As Managing Director for Voith Paper Tolosa (m/f/d), you will need:
1. Over five years of experience in leadership roles, preferably within the Paper industry.
2. A university degree in a technical or economic field.
3. Sound leadership skills to lead the team in a VUCA environment.
4. A general management or sales background is advantageous.
5. A strong skillset in strategic thinking and planning is key.
6. You are passionate about creating value together with the customer, understanding the individual challenges and respective value drivers.
7. Your strengths include a strong customer focus, very good communication skills, and entrepreneurial thinking as well as an integrative and cooperative mindset.
8. Open-minded to new ideas and concepts with a healthy “can-do attitude.”
9. Good knowledge of spoken and written English; Spanish language skills are beneficial.
