POSITION OVERVIEW
We are looking for a dynamic and talented Key Account Manager to join our eCommerce team in managing some of our most iconic brands: Elizabeth Arden, CND, Christina Aguilera, Juicy Couture. You will be responsible for full eCommerce P&L on PanEU markets. This role involves leading sell-out execution strategy, driving business development opportunities, and building strong relationships at senior-level stakeholders and potential partners. If your passion is driving sales in eCommerce and finding best strategies to delight customers, this is position for you!
MAJOR DUTIES
* Lead the development and execution of strategies that will deliver growth and meet Sell Out and Sell-In targets for Elizabeth Arden and CND brands on PanEU
* Track and manage main eCommerce KPIs and digital shelf quality on daily basis, analyse and implement continuous improvement process
* Manage relationship with Amazon teams (weekly meetings, JBP progress, business strategy and operational improvements)
* Work closely with marketing & sales teams on designing selection strategy, drive best-in-class customer experience and maximize revenue growth
* Manage multiple P&Ls in collaboration with internal stakeholders (finance teams, demand & supply)
* Work closely with customer service and operations teams, to have seamless business execution
* Set & drive Amazon Advertising strategy (in close collaboration with local marketing teams, advertising agency and Amazon Ads teams)
* Be comfortable working in agile environment (Trello, Asana..) and using BI tools (Vendor Central, AMS, Cobalt Jungle Scout, Salsify..)
EXPERIENCE: 5 years in eCommerce business as KAM/BDM
