We are looking for a highly motivated PLM Project Manager to join the Digital Continuity & Manufacturing team within our client: Capgemini Engineering. This position is based in Madrid or Valladolid.In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining PLM architecture strategies aligned with business objectives.Key Responsibilities:Develop and maintain PLM architecture strategies.Design and implement PLM solutions using leading industry platforms such as Dassault Systèmes (3DExperience is a must), and others like Siemens Teamcenter, and PTC Windchill (desirable).Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' existing PLM environments and propose improvement strategies.Create detailed technical specifications, system designs, and integration plans for PLM implementations.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, developers, and project managers, to ensure successful PLM implementations.Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior team members.Stay up to date with emerging PLM technologies and industry best practices.Develop and maintain relationships with key PLM vendors and partners.Contribute to pre-sales activities, including proposal development and client presentations.Ensure that PLM solutions comply with industry standards, best practices, and regulatory requirements.What do you need to be the ideal candidate for this role?University degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.At least 10 years of experience in PLM (3DExperience is a must) implementation and architecture.Strong experience with at least PLM 3DExperience platform (Dassault Systèmes), Siemens Teamcenter, PTC Windchill are desirable.Deep understanding of product development processes across various industries.Experience in integrating PLM systems (3DExperience) with ERP, CAD, and other enterprise applications.Proficiency in data migration, system customization, and performance optimization.Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.Relevant PLM certifications (e.g., CPLM, CSCA) are a plus.
