You will lead all HR functions for Madrid, including recruitment, employee relations, compliance with labor laws, and the development and implementation of HR policies that support our business goals and foster a positive workplace culture. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in HR leadership, taking a hands-on approach and ensuring effective execution, and will be a key partner to our management team.As the Madrid HR People Lead, you will:Lead and manage the local HR team overseeing day-to-day operations, providing guidance and support, and ensuring the successful implementation of HR strategies and initiatives.Lead employee relations, performance management, and career development programs to support employee growth and retention. Collaborate with legal on employee matters.Collaborate with real estate and facilities department on any office satisfaction efforts. Coordinate the compensation policy at the local level, ensuring alignment with global policies and adapting them to meet the specific needs of the local workforce.Participate in cross-functional projects with other HR departments and international teams, ensuring alignment between local and global HR strategies.Develop and implement HR processes ensuring compliance with local labor laws and regulations, maintaining best practices in policies and procedures.Foster a positive work environment that promotes collaboration, innovation, and high performance.Work with talent management in implementing employee retention initiatives.Our ideal candidate will have:University degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master’s degree or HR certification is a plus.10+ years of experience in HR, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.Proven experience in talent acquisition, employee engagement, and organizational development.
