Job Summary
The role requires a professional to work across all current agency clients, ensuring seamless account management, delivering services and reports as requested by clients, and influencing media investment strategies. The successful candidate will also be involved in prospecting, supporting the managing director in preparing and presenting to potential clients.
Main Responsibilities:
* Media Agencies Relationship and Opportunities (40%):
o Reception of briefing from client's agencies, analysis of briefing, delivery of campaign objectives to the media team.
o Creating, maintaining, and strengthening relationships with media agencies.
o Opportunities spotting through analysis of clients' spending and media investment.
o Monitoring & managing media campaigns (from the client/agency side).
o Supervision of admin co-ordination across all accounts.
o Reception of briefing from client, analysis of briefing, delivery of campaign objectives to the media team, media planning if necessary.
* Prospecting (35%):
o Prospecting strategy.
o Offers and presentations to prospects, media planning, if necessary, liaison with internal approval and credit checks.
* Client Handling (25%):
o Revenues objectives follow-up by client.
o Client development plan/strategy.
o Media planning.
o Overseeing summaries / reports to clients.
o Handling client calls and main requests.
o Contract renewal with existing clients.
o Assets remarketing.
Required Skills Profile:
* Minimum 12 years' experience in media and client services.
* Fluent English & Spanish (written and spoken) – job interviews will be held in English.
* Natural negotiator with proved experience.
* Strong profit-oriented profile.
* Commercial and entrepreneurial acumen.
* Attention to detail.
* Good communication / people skills.
* Ability to build relationships with clients, media agencies, media partners, and specifically with key internal stakeholders. Negotiation will be part of the relationship.
