Responsibilities:
1. Lead our Culinary Team.
2. Plan and direct food preparation and culinary activities.
3. Modify menus or create new ones that meet quality standards.
4. Estimate food requirements and food/labor costs.
5. Supervise kitchen staff's activities.
6. Arrange for equipment purchases and repairs.
7. Recruit and manage kitchen staff.
8. Rectify arising problems or complaints.
9. Give prepared plates the final touch.
10. Perform administrative duties.
11. Comply with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards.
12. Keep time and payroll records.
