Job Description
The Department Assistant is responsible for providing full support to the European Commercial Sales team and acting as administrative assistant to the Managing Director Europe.
Key Areas of Responsibility
* Management of expense reports for the regional sales team.
* Preparation of letters, sales materials, presentations, and other documents as requested by the sales team members.
* Responsibility for scheduling customer meetings and providing full meeting support including meeting set-up and arrangement, refreshment organization, and after-meeting coordination.
* Management of Sales Force, Share-Point, and other applications used by the regional sales team.
* Work collaboratively and proactively with other team members.
* Providing travel management support including transportation and hotel booking.
* Supporting marketing and sales events in the region.
* Generating reports and analyses.
Skills and Experience
* Strong administration skills and experience.
* Strong communication skills (written and verbal – English).
* Strong commitment to customer satisfaction.
* Ability to work independently and within a team.
* A high level of initiative, integrity, and creativity.
* PC skills including Microsoft Office.
* Driving License B.
* Drive for results.
