Job Description:
As a Service Delivery Manager Operational, you will be responsible for the following:
* Participate in services transition from an incumbent provider, ensuring successful knowledge transfers.
* Monitor, control, and support service delivery, ensuring systems, methodologies, and procedures are in place and followed.
* Manage ITSM tools, preferably ServiceNow, and create reports within ServiceNow.
* Master ITIL processes—including incident, request, change, problem, and capacity management.
* Coordinate teams in different countries within Global Services.
* Take ownership of major incidents, ensuring coordination of resolving parties, effective communication to stakeholders, and post-incident review.
Knowledge/Expertise Required:
* Technical background in Infrastructure, Workplace, and Service Desk Services.
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical issues to a non-technical audience.
* English proficiency level of B2/C1.

Training:
