As our Global Head of Marketing, you will be key in shaping the brand, driving international growth, and leading a passionate team. What You’ll Do (Key Responsibilities):
-Define and execute a game-changing Global Marketing Strategy, aligning with the brand’s vision.
-Adapt and localize marketing efforts to create authentic, engaging campaigns worldwide.
-Ensure a consistent brand tone, messaging, and identity across all markets.
-Provide Marketing Country Support by working closely with local teams to tailor marketing strategies and ensure alignment with the global brand.
Brand Awareness & Positioning
-Build HYPE into a globally recognized, must-have brand in its category.
-Develop bulletproof USPs and branding tools to ensure global consistency.
-Continuously elevate the brand experience across all touchpoints.
Marketing Budget & ROI
-Take charge of the marketing budget, ensuring smart and impactful resource allocation.
-Measure and optimize marketing performance, ensuring strong ROI on all campaigns.
-Oversee the development of fun, engaging, and viral-worthy content.
-Work closely with the Digital Marketing Manager to create content that attracts, engages, and converts.
-Drive social media strategies that ignite brand love and community engagement.
-Oversee the Merchandise Manager to design and produce high-quality, meaningful merchandise that reflects band values and enhances visibility.
Trade Marketing, TradeShows & Product Launches
-Collaborate with the Trade Marketing Manager to analyze consumer buying trends, habits, and preferences.
-Align product launches with market needs, developing powerful go-to-market strategies.
-Stay ahead of the curve by monitoring competitor activity and industry trends.
-Oversee tradeshows and global event participation, ensuring HYPE makes an impact at industry-leading exhibitions and networking events.
-Lead a high-performing, passionate marketing team, providing guidance, support, and inspiration.
-Work cross-functionally with sales, design, innovation, and IT teams to drive synergy.
-Set priorities, manage deadlines, and remove roadblocks to ensure smooth execution.
What We’re Looking For (Skills & Experience):
-Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
-5+ years of experience in Marketing, preferably in FMCG.
-Entrepreneurial mindset – you don’t just follow trends; you set them.
-A track record of scaling brands, launching products, and executing standout campaigns.
-A creative, bold, and open-minded approach – you think big and execute bigger.
-Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
-Ability to question existing standards and push boundaries.
-Fluent in English and Spanish (additional languages are a plus).
