How to contribute to our vision Main Functions:
1. Development of test specification/test procedure: power quality, grid compliance, EMC, heat run, short circuit, over voltage, harmonics.
2. Define test campaign critical timeline and test project plan.
3. Secure (purchasing or internal design/development) tools and equipment required for the execution of the test campaigns.
4. Coordination of teams and contractors to prepare and execute the test campaigns (assembly, instrumentation, inspection, operation, maintenance).
5. Monitor the test campaigns carried out by external test facilities.
6. Ensure that all concurrent activities associated with a certain test have been assessed from the Health and Safety and Environmental points of view.
7. Manage that the execution of these activities is done in compliance with the HSE Control Plan developed on the basis of the test campaign HSE Risk Assessment.
8. Evaluation and report the results of the test campaign.
9. Development of a Test Report Document.
What you need to make a difference:
Passion for renewable energy and a sense for the importance to lead the change. We are also looking for:
1. Reporting to the Validation Outsourcing Manager inside Corporate Operations and Governance Organization, the mission is to select test facilities for electrical/mechanical components through benchmarking processes to ensure the execution of a given electrical component test request in the required time, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
2. Knowledge and Competences:
1. Solid experience in Design of Tests.
2. Specification and usage of test instrumentation: sensors (oscilloscope, transducers current sensors & probes), data acquisition systems, converters control.
3. Comprehensive understanding of Data Analysis Software (MATLAB, FAMOS, Python).
4. Knowledge in Time and frequency signal analysis.
5. Experience in Grid Codes Tests definition.
6. Knowledge in Measurement Uncertainty Evaluation.
7. General knowledge of project management tools (schedule, budget monitoring tools).
8. Knowledge of standards for Wind turbine systems and electrical components design (IEC).
9. Team worker with the ability to communicate effectively.
