This is a field-based role with preference to be based in Northeast United States (Philadelphia, New York, New Jersey, Massachusetts, etc).

The MedTech Surgery organization was recently established to combine Ethicon's market-leading surgical portfolio with the Robotics & Digital Solutions portfolio.
The MedTech Surgical organization is comprised of: Wound Closure & Healing and Biosurgery, Endo Mechanical and Energy, OTTAVA (Surgical Robotics), MONARCH (Flexible Robotics), and MedTech Digital.
The MONARCH business has been on a journey this past year to transform the organization to deliver our bold ambition to become the world's leading endoluminal robot, enabling interventional solutions across multiple diseases.
We are seeking a dynamic and self-motivated Technical Sales Specialist to join our sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Troubleshoot clinical and technical issues promptly, employing best practices to maintain product uptime and operational effectiveness.
2. Collaborate with Regional Sales Managers and Account Managers to strategize and implement sales plans that align with organizational goals and stimulate significant growth.
3. Seek, analyze, and act on customer feedback, liaising with engineering and research teams to drive product improvements and market fit.
4. Offer rapid, knowledgeable responses to customer technical inquiries, showcasing problem-solving abilities and in-depth product expertise.
5. Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Professional Education, Customer Success, R&D, and Clinical Engineering, to foster client satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
6. Lead efforts to promote adoption of our procedures and technologies within designated accounts, contributing to sales and market penetration.
7. Ensure customer feedback is quickly and accurately communicated to the appropriate internal teams, expediting resolutions.
8. Serve as a subject matter expert, aiding team members in reducing customer escalations and contributing to cost containment through expert guidance.
9. Remain informed of industry advancements, evidencing a commitment to continuous professional development and market leadership.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in engineering, Robotics, or a related domain.
2. Advanced degree preferred.
