Omega CRM is a Merkle & Dentsu company, leader in the development of Customer Experience services, with over 20 years of experience in the use of Technology applied to Marketing. We are looking for a Head of Growth to drive and consolidate our business growth. This role will report directly to our CEO and should integrate Sales Strategy, Business Development, and Team Management skills.
Job Description
The Head of Growth will be responsible for:
1. Developing and leading sales growth strategy for Omega CRM as part of the OmegaCRM BoD and owner of the Sales P&L.
2. Ensuring the implementation of the sales strategy and fostering growth in local market service lines, aligning with the annual business plan objectives.
3. Leading, training, motivating, and advising the Sales team representatives involved in Growth.
4. Representing the company effectively with comprehensive knowledge of our offerings.
5. Ensuring increased synergies across Merkle & Dentsu service lines to drive cross-/up-sell.
6. Collaborating with the EMEA Growth Officer and Salesforce Practice Members to drive successful conversion of new business opportunities in EMEA.
7. Accompanying the team to Pre Sales activity: sizing, approach, work plan, assessment.
8. Managing relationships with Salesforce commercial and partners team.
9. Leading the management of assigned clients in Spain and growing long-lasting relationships that address their needs.
10. Ensuring the fulfillment of the objectives and the Omega-promise to the client, managing the scope and expectations of new projects.
11. Reporting to management on the evolution of sales objectives and customer satisfaction.
12. Advocating for a work environment that embraces diversity and inclusivity.
Required Experience
Over 7 years of experience in Salesforce business development and significant experience in strategic sales management and go-to-market roles. The preferred candidate should exhibit a robust history of success in commercial and pre-sales activities, illustrating their capability to effectively secure new clients and/or enhance relationships with existing clients.

The ideal candidate will possess:
1. Strong business sense and industry expertise, with a well-developed Salesforce network in the Spain ecosystem.
2. Persuasive authority in the field, esteemed by business and sales leaders for adeptness in solution-oriented selling.
3. Experience in achieving Sales objectives for large organizations and sales teams structure.
4. Excellent mentoring, coaching, and people management skills.
