Position Summary
Responsible for the pre-qualification and assistance to clients, representing the MVCI products and system with integrity while displaying excellent customer service skills according to MVCI standards.

Overall Responsibilities
* Provide appropriate information to all guests with accuracy, attention to detail and product knowledge.
* Conduct pre-arrival calls, servicing clients and finding out who travels in party and assist them with any membership issue during their stay.
* Identify and take action on all clients’ issues and conduct follow-up until the issue is solved.
* Qualify clients and be able to diplomatically explain promotion terms and conditions to guests that may qualify for a general information (GI) tour.
* Co-ordinate appointments and the time of arrivals with the front desk at the Sales Centre.
* Provide service to and handle all customers’ questions, problems and complaints and solve issues in a satisfactory manner.
* In charge of delivering welcome packages to MVCI owners.
* Maintain and exceed minimum performance standards as established by the Sales management on a period basis.
* Obtain referrals from new and existing owners.
* Follow up on sales leads, self-generated or those provided by S&M Management to improve sales results.
* Review own performance with management to improve sales results.
Essential Job Functions
* Maintain an attitude of customer service throughout your dealings with guests and owners.
* Assist owners when necessary with bookings, queries, etc.
* Commit to a personal ongoing self-development programme.
* Establish supportive and positive interaction with other Associates.
* Remain current on company and industry information.
* Through professional persuasion, generate qualified prospective purchasers to attend Marriott’s Club Son Antem sales presentation.
* Qualify clients according to the “details of participation” of any given programme.
* Be able to explain promotion terms and conditions to guests that may qualify for a general information (GI) tour.
* Co-ordinate appointments and the time of arrivals with the front desk at the Sales Centre.
* Responsible for contacting In House clients and Owner Referrals in order to generate tours following the company guidelines for In House and referral business.

* Perform other related tasks as assigned by management.
* Comply with MVCI company policy and procedures.
* Be in the office on time and show a professional, positive and confident attitude.
Job Qualifications
* Must speak fluent English or German; any other language is an advantage.
* Excellent customer service skills.
* Good organizational skills.
