We’re partnering with a dynamic global innovator that empowers top brands to achieve new levels of success through cutting-edge technology, client support, and excellence in service. Right now, they're searching for a driven and results-oriented Account Manager to join their team! Ideally based in Marbella, Spain, but open to remote work within Spain.
As the Account Manager, you'll be a key player within the organization, balancing back-office support with lead generation to deliver the high-quality service that clients expect from a Global leader. Working closely with the Team Lead, you’ll engage in operational client support, collaborate with suppliers, and actively pursue new business to drive growth and success.
Key Responsibilities:
* Serve as a trusted operational partner to the Team Lead, assisting with the coordination and management of both client and supplier relationships.
* Oversee seamless project execution, ensuring effective communication between teams and stakeholders to meet project goals.
* Provide day-to-day administrative and back-office support to streamline team operations and enhance efficiency, helping us exceed client expectations in every project.
New Business Development & Lead Generation (50%):
* Drive new business by generating and managing a pipeline of qualified leads, working proactively to achieve and surpass assigned budget targets.
* Leverage strategic lead generation techniques to identify potential clients, understanding their needs to position the company’s services as the optimal solution.
* Maintain full accountability for meeting budget targets, collaborating with cross-functional teams to align new business efforts with the company’s growth objectives.
Requirements:
* We’re looking for a proactive, people-oriented professional with a knack for building strong client relationships.
* Excellent English communication skills are essential for collaborating with global clients.
* Flexibility to travel will be a plus.
* Though based in Marbella, we're also open to candidates working remotely from anywhere in Spain!

Compensation:
* A gross Salary per year + a company phone and laptop for seamless work on the go.
* Competitive Commission:
* Hardware Sales (HW): Earn a 2% commission on on-target earnings (OTE), rewarding your success in promoting our high-quality hardware solutions.
* Recurring Revenue: Enjoy a 5% commission on OTE from recurring revenue streams, incentivizing the long-term relationships and service contracts you help establish.
