Savills Spain, one of the most prestigious international Real Estate Consultancy Firms, wants to hire a Senior Sales Executive to become part of the Residential Sales based in Marbella office.
Responsibilities:
* Manage and develop a portfolio of high-net-worth clients, providing expert advice on luxury residential properties.
* Conduct property viewings, negotiations, and closings with professionalism and precision.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, property owners, and other stakeholders.
* Identify new business opportunities and implement strategies to generate leads.
* Maintain in-depth knowledge of the Marbella property market, including trends and competitor activities.
* Collaborate with the wider Savills team to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
* Deliver on monthly and annual sales targets, contributing to the team’s overall success.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records using Savills CRM systems.
Minimum Requirements:
* Bachelor in Business Administration, Economics or equivalent.
* Proven track record in luxury real estate sales or a related field.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
* In-depth knowledge of the Marbella property market and surrounding areas.
* Fluent in English and Spanish (additional languages are an advantage).
* Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
* Strong organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail.
* Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
* Valid driving license and access to a vehicle.
