Cover Marketing Assistant Role Profile
We are looking for an innovative and results-driven marketing professional to support our Head of Marketing while taking the lead on specific key responsibilities. The Marketing Assistant (MA) will play a crucial role in driving brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement through digital and traditional marketing strategies. This role is ideal for a driven professional with a flexible schedule to cover school events and the ability to travel for marketing-related activities.

Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Conversion
* Collaborate closely with external SEM, SEO, and paid social agencies to optimise lead generation campaigns.
* Monitor and analyse campaign performance, ensuring maximum return on investment.
* Execute customer journey optimisations within HubSpot Sales CRM to improve conversion rates.
* Optimise the use of digital and non-digital marketing tools to enhance lead conversion.
* Support admissions team in building marketing collateral, event organising, refining lead nurturing strategies, and implementing effective retargeting campaigns.
Data Analytics
* Track and report key digital and non-digital marketing performance indicators weekly.
* Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to enhance marketing strategies and optimise conversion rates.
Content Generation & Digital Optimisation
* Capture key day-to-day school activities to generate engaging digital and non-digital content.
* Develop and manage content for social media, newsletters, admissions materials, and the website.
* Ensure consistent brand messaging across all platforms.
* Optimise content for SEO, engagement, and lead conversion.
Communications
* Write, translate, and distribute formal communications to families via all school channels.
* Produce and send the regular school newsletter, maintaining high engagement rates.
* Ensure all communications align with the school's branding and marketing strategy.
* School calendar coordination and event planning.

Skills, Qualifications and Experience
* Marketing Experience: Previous hands-on marketing experience is essential, with a strong understanding of digital marketing tools, KPIs, and campaign management.
* Digital Ability: Proficiency in Canva, HubSpot, ISams, Google Analytics, and Meta Business Suite, with the ability to quickly adapt to new marketing technologies.
* Flexibility: Availability to work outside regular hours to cover school events (6-10 major events per year) and willingness to travel for marketing-related activities (MARC, Fairs, etc.).
* Community Knowledge: Ideally based locally or already settled in the area, with a good understanding of the local community.
* Languages: Bilingual (English-Spanish) with strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Data Analysis: Ability to analyse data, extract insights, and make data-driven recommendations to optimise marketing performance.
* Creativity: Strong flair for developing engaging content for social media and other marketing materials.
* Organisation & Problem-Solving: Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment with excellent organisational and problem-solving skills.
* Teamwork & Interpersonal Skills: A proactive, highly motivated team player with strong interpersonal abilities.
