What We’re Looking For
* A proven track record in a Luxury Hotel, Resort, or Restaurant Environment in a similar role is an advantage.
* Next-Level organisational and leadership skills, with the ability to Inspire and empower the Pacha Family to deliver Unmatched Impact.
* Comprehensive understanding of Health and Safety regulations and Responsible Alcohol Service practices, with a commitment to Operational Excellence.
* Exceptional time management and multi-tasking abilities, thriving in high-voltage, fast-paced environments while delivering unforgettable Guest Experiences.
* Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, confidently engaging with Guests, fellow Pacha Family members, and Stakeholders through clear, authentic interaction.

* Impeccable communication skills, both verbal and written, with Fluency in English and Spanish. Additional languages are a Definitive Plus.

Key Responsibilities
* Leads by example, setting Uncompromising Standards in service, product knowledge, and professionalism.
* Manages the Food and Beverage Team, nurturing a Culture of growth and development to ensure smooth, high-performance Operations.
* Fosters a collaborative and energising Work Environment, encouraging camaraderie, trust, and the continuous Development of fellow Pacha Family Members.
* Conducts meaningful Performance Evaluations, offering timely feedback while constructively addressing any Performance Challenges.
* Trains Pacha Family Members to deliver Unmatched guest service that reflects our immersive, industry-defining Standards.
* Schedules and coordinates the Pacha Family Members’ Shifts to ensure adequate coverage during Operational Hours.
* Monitors stock levels and leads regular Stocktakes, maintaining Tight Control on wastage while championing Cost Efficiency.
* Collaborates closely with The Pacha Group Procurement Team to source Iconic products and secure Favourable supplier partnerships.
* Analyses Departmental Expenses and takes appropriate measures to Control Costs without compromising service quality.
* Leads the creation of a Powerhouse departmental budget, Balancing cost control with productivity and Peak Performance.
* Understands Guest Preferences instinctively, consistently Raising the Bar to deliver bold, unforgettable experiences.
* Handles Guest feedback, inquiries, and concerns with Confidence, Professionalism, and a Commitment to Transformative Service.
* Maintains the Highest Standards of Food and Beverage quality and consistency.
* Develops and implements strategies to maximise Food and Beverage Sales and Profitability.

* Enforces Responsible Alcohol Service, upholding all Legal Requirements regarding age verification.
* Conducts frequent Inspections across all Food and Beverage Spaces, ensuring Flawless Cleanliness, organisation, and hygiene.
* Monitors sales Trends and identifies Opportunities for upselling, crafting engaging activations, standout promotions, and Unforgettable Experiences.
