Job Mission
To drive sales growth by providing technical expertise and consultative support to existing and potential customers, focusing on vacuum automation solutions for industrial applications, particularly in pharmaceuticals, food, and chemicals.
Key Responsibilities :
* Prospect and acquire new clients within the designated area.
* Develop and maintain strong commercial relationships with existing industrial clients.
* Identify business opportunities and develop strategies to increase market share.
* Provide expert advice on vacuum automation solutions to clients.
* Offer post-sales support, including maintenance services and training.
* Work closely with the Technical Manager to provide optimized solutions for customers' needs.
* Meet KPIs for sales performance and maintain detailed tracking of opportunities in CRM (Salesforce).
* Prepare and present reports on sales activities and market trends.
* Plan and execute monthly and weekly commercial activities.
* Coordinate commercial actions with the Sales Manager and report business performance.
* Partner with the Technical Manager on post-sales services and product support.
* Collaborate with the internal sales team to ensure smooth customer transactions.
Experience and Education :
* Education : Degree in Industrial, Mechanical, or Electronic Engineering or relevant Higher / Intermediate Technical qualifications.
* Experience : 3 to 5 years of experience in technical sales of industrial machinery, process equipment, or similar solutions.
* Industry Expertise : Experience in pharmaceuticals, food, and / or chemicals is preferred.
* Languages : High-level English and fluency in Spanish.
Additional Requirements :
* Valid Driver’s License (Category B).
* Availability to travel regularly within Spain and Portugal.
* Immediate availability preferred.
