Responsibilities:
1. Provide 1st-level IT support via phone, email, chat, and self-service portal
2. Assist employees with system operations and troubleshooting
3. Perform root cause analysis and resolve technical issues remotely
4. Monitor and categorize IT tickets in the ITSM system
5. Use internal knowledge databases for efficient issue resolution
6. Collaborate with 2nd-level support teams and external providers
Requirements:
1. Fluent in Swedish (C1 level) both written and spoken
2. Good command of English (B2 level)
3. Experience in 1st or 2nd level IT support
4. Strong knowledge of Windows 10, Office 365, MS Teams
5. Familiarity with ITSM ticketing systems (ServiceNow preferred)
6. Analytical mindset and problem-solving skills
7. High customer service orientation and attention to detail
8. Willingness to learn and develop technical skills
