EBRO SUV is looking for an enthusiastic and self-driven Field Analyst for Spain. In this position you will play an important role to set up the Quality process for the legend brand EBRO.
The Quality Field analyst, into Customer Quality assurance department, will carry out activities to conduct received customer complaints from aftersales or Dealers of Ebro-network to each responsible inside Ebro-Brand or even Main Partner Chery. For doing that, it will be identified each root cause. If necessary, it will be carried out necessary analyses to identify mentioned root cause. It will be also able to manage Databases of customer incidences/complaints to prioritize problem resolution and for doing necessary reporting into whole Ebro-Brand.
Key responsibilities:
* Collect and Manage customer complaints and coordinate the corresponding responses also tracking issues to closure.
* Collect feedback (Database) on local adaptation needs in the European market and communicate this to relevant central departments, steering improvements inside the Brand.
* If necessary, analyze customer complaints identifying root causes to address to right responsible to define/apply countermeasure and/or final solutions.
* Establish and maintain relationships with dealers (technical assistance;
aftersales) and other interested parties to assure the customer vehicles quality.
* Compile historical quality problems in the European market to avoid them in new projects. Inform the person responsible for avoiding these problems into new developments.
* Conduct research on the environmental conditions of roads, user profiles, legal requirements, etc. (Database) in the European market and help with product definition.
Your profile:
* Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in science or engineering, experience in quality management is preferred.
* Accredited training in Database management and tools.
* Minimum of +3 years of experience in automotive/vehicles industry.
* Accredited experience in vehicles problems analysis.
* Knowledge of quality tools and techniques, such as statistical process control (SPC), root cause analysis, 5 Whys, 8 Ds.
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
* High level of integrity and professional ethics.
* High level of English and Spanish, both written and oral.
