We are currently seeking a Digital Marketing and Business Development Intern with a strong interest in tourism, digital strategies, and commercial development. This role offers a unique opportunity to work both on the commercial development of new tourism-related projects and on their execution and implementation, particularly those targeting Chinese travelers.
Tasks
* Support the development and execution of business development strategies related to tourism and digital promotion aimed at Chinese audiences.
* Identify and contact potential partners, tourism institutions, venues, and service providers to present collaboration opportunities.
* Participate in meetings with public and private stakeholders, contribute to ideation, and help draft proposals and presentations.
* Assist in the preparation and adaptation of commercial materials and pitch decks for prospective clients.
* Collaborate on the planning, design, and promotion of digital marketing campaigns on platforms such as WeChat, Xiaohongshu, Douyin, etc.
* Help coordinate and execute on-site promotional actions and events at tourism-related locations.
* Support the tracking and nurturing of partner relationships and sales leads.
* Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and positioning strategies.
Requirements
* Currently enrolled student at a university or educational institution that allows signing an internship agreement.
* Strong interest in tourism, commercial development, and digital marketing.
* Fluency in Spanish and English (written and spoken); knowledge of Chinese is a plus but not mandatory.
* Ability to work from our Madrid office in a hybrid format (at least 2–3 days per week onsite).
* Availability to travel locally as needed for meetings, content creation, and project coordination.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
* Proactive, persuasive, hands-on, and eager to take initiative in both commercial and operational tasks.
