As a Multilingual Remote Customer Advisor, you will play a vital role in our customer support team, delivering outstanding service in German, Dutch, Italian, and Spanish. This position is open to candidates located anywhere within Portugal, offering the flexibility to work remotely.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide excellent customer support in German, Dutch, Italian or Spanish via various communication channels such as phone, email, and live chat.
* Collaborate with team members and maintain a positive and productive remote working environment
* Stay informed about our products/services to offer knowledgeable assistance to customers.
* Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail in addressing customer inquiries.
Requirements:
* Fluency in German, Dutch, Italian or Spanish (both written and spoken).
* EU citizenship or valid work permission.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Self-motivated and able to work independently.
