Job TitleSales Enablement Manager - InternationalSummary of the roleThis position is responsible for driving the Sales Enablement initiatives for the Hospitality International Sales team (all geographies except US/Canada, including LATAM) to increase sales readiness and productivity.This role will report into the Head of Sales Enablement International amp; Strategic Projects.The Sales Enablement Manager will manage support functions essential to sales force productivity, including business analytics and reporting, sales process optimization, sales execution tools, CRM ownership, sales readiness, sales learning and development, and territory planning. The role requires working cross-functionally to equip team members with the skills, knowledge, and content to use tools, build relationships, and drive customer results in support of Hospitality International revenue goalsIn this role you’ll be responsible for:Sales Readiness:Identify, own, and implement regional enablement programs to support growth, retention, and productivity of the sales organization, specifically focusing on decreased time to first sale and increased rep productivityEnsure effective usage of sales tools through coaching, training, and best practice sharingWork closely with sales operations, to identify team wide opportunities for pipeline/revenue. This includes identifying areas for potential rewards and recognition programs.Own the new hire onboarding program and take a lead role in continuous learning and reinforcement.Work with Global Sales Enablement team on annual Sales Kickoff with specific outcomes aligned with corporate strategic imperatives.Assist in the development and management of the strategy and execution of Sales Enablement projects, programs and initiatives.Lead internal, regular communication, with the sales team (weekly email and month-end) to elevate priority areas, share best practices, and keep team updated on performance.Sales Execution:Manage the operational functions and learning programs essential to Salesforce productivity, including business analytics, sales process optimization, and sales execution to ensure the proper use of the tool.Ensure the sales team has access to the latest sales tools and technologies to enhance their performance (i.E. Seismic, Copilot for Sales, LinkedIn Sales Navigator etc.) and be a champion to ensure success metrics are upheld. This includes administrating access credentials but also researching new tools to be piloted and adopted.Develop and implement strategies to improve sales processes and drive efficiency across the sales organization.Sales Learning and Development:Work in close coordination with regional teams across all commercial roles to identify and define training opportunities specific to their needs. building a job training program in collaboration with the Pamp;C function to ensure sales reps have the knowledge and skills required to sell all products and services and is properly registered in the employee’s profiles.Work with Global Sales Enablement team to ensure the on-boarding program remains relevant and affective for each role, region and new hire.
