Reporting to the People & Sustainability Leader for Ibero America, the Division Talent Manager has overall responsibility of defining the Integrated Talent Strategy. A key aspect of the role is to define the strategy for all Ibero American talent-related processes and to integrate and drive the Global talent models such as the leadership framework and competency model. The role is also responsible for managing the strategy for check-ins, feedback and talent reviews. Identifying critical workforce segments, skills gaps, future workforce talent requirements and how to develop and grow these internally. Key Responsibilities: • Develop an integrated Talent Management strategy for Securitas Ibero America. • Own and lead the development of sustainable and scalable divisional methodologies, approaches, processes, programs and policies for topics within the scope of services of Talent Management across the Region (talent review, succession planning, performance management, executive development, employee experience, etc.) • Facilitate implementation of talent initiatives working closely with Country Talent teams, through coordination, training and change management activities. • Ensure there is an effective plan in place to build strong talent pipelines. Conduct talent review processes, identify successors and define executive development programs. • Design training programs to develop leadership skills and to support career transition. • Work in collaboration with Country HR leaders to strategize and design crossfunctional HR programs and policies. Engage and partner with the business and HR communities where appropriate to guide the development of new programs • Stimulate community building within HR to foster knowledge-sharing and collaboration • Leverage market benchmarks, best practices and trends and apply data models and insights when executing responsibilities • Ensure all activities are in line with the Securitas business and HR strategy • Continuous improvement of Talent Management processes, guidelines and tools • Responsible for talent analytics, set KPIs and monitor metrics to measure impact of talent initiatives. Experience defining talent management programs that cover talent attraction, performance management, talent development, succession planning. • Strategic thinker, ability to understand talent development needs and deliver a plan to respond. • Project management experience, ability to create processes and initiatives from scratch and to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders. • Excellent communication skills, ability to create relationships and foster crosscountry collaboration • Expert knowledge of Talent Management concepts, methodology and industry trends • Profound knowledge of business strategies • Experience operating and influencing strategically at all levels across all crossfunctional partners • Capable of using data insights and trends to enhance existing or design future solutions • Capable of using design and systems thinking methodologies to design customercentric solutions • Results oriented, proactive and hands-on attitude. • Fluent in Spanish and English.
