Job Description:
We are looking for a highly qualified and experienced Medical Scientific Liaison (MSL) to join our team in the healthcare sector. In this role, you will be a key resource in medical activities within the Fertility and Dermatology areas.
Main Responsibilities:
* Provide high-quality medical and scientific information, establishing strong relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) and healthcare professionals (HCPs).
* Develop and execute scientific engagement plans, supporting the development of KOLs and providing medical education to external customers.
* Ensure the diligent execution of planned medical activities, including advisory board meetings and regional training courses.
* Provide scientific and technical support to the field sales force, including training and non-promotional presentations.
* Maintain a high level of technical and scientific knowledge in therapeutic areas by reviewing scientific publications and updates on research.
* Collaborate with the Medical Affairs Manager to gather local research proposals and ensure their alignment with the organization’s medical objectives.
* Complete necessary documentation to ensure knowledge preservation and utilize tools to develop and follow strategic measures.
* Comply with all relevant policies and procedures, as well as Good Clinical Practice (GCP) regulations.
Requirements:
* Degree in Life Sciences (Medicine, Pharmacy, Biology, or related fields).
* At least 2 years of experience as an MSL in the pharmaceutical sector, preferably in Fertility or Dermatology.
* Strong medical and scientific knowledge to operate at a peer level with KOLs.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills in both English and Spanish.
* Ability to work in a collaborative and matrix environment, building effective relationships with KOLs and HCPs.
* Willingness to travel nationally as needed.
