Position Overview :
The Marketing Specialist will support the Undergraduate Candidate Engagement & Funnel Optimization Manager in optimizing marketing strategies for undergraduate programs. This role requires a multitasker with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, balancing data analysis, campaign execution, content strategy, and cross-department collaboration to enhance student engagement, conversion, and retention.
Key Responsibilities :
* Undergraduate Candidate Engagement & Funnel Optimization Management : Assist in analyzing and optimizing all stages of the undergraduate marketing funnel (awareness, consideration, conversion, retention). Implement lead generation and nurturing strategies using CRM and automation tools.
* Data Analysis & Reporting : Monitor and analyze funnel performance to identify and activate improvements. Generate reports with actionable insights to refine strategies and maximize conversion.
* Cross-Department Collaboration : Work with Alumni, Student Services, and Financial Aid teams to ensure a seamless student journey. Align marketing efforts with institutional goals.
* Content Strategy & Commercial Materials Across the Student Journey : Collaborate with Global Markets, Student Services, Admissions, Careers, and other teams to develop content strategies that support candidates in their decision-making process. Create promotional materials, fair collateral, and creative content for international markets, including student portals and external media strategy across regions.
* Campaign Execution : Plan and manage undergraduate marketing campaigns, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with broader strategies. Oversee daily campaign operations.
* Student Retention & Engagement : Support initiatives to enhance retention through feedback collection, engagement programs, and student experience improvements.
* Innovation & Adaptation : Stay updated on trends in student behavior and marketing technology, suggesting new tactics to optimize the funnel.
Requirements : Qualifications :
* Master’s degree from a top university in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
* 3+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in higher education or a related industry.
* Strong analytical skills and experience with market research and data analysis.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Experience in developing and executing strategic marketing plans.
* Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
* Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
