We are expanding our teams in the Defence sector to participate in the development of the Future Combat Air System (NGWS/FCAS), carrying out software engineering activities in the Remote Carrier pillar.
What Challenge Will You Be Taking On?
In our team, you will participate in the SW development for UAS systems within an international consortium, associated to the NGWS/FCAS (Future Combat Air System) programme, where we lead one of its technological pillars (Remote Carriers and Manned/Unmanned Teaming systems).
Main Responsibilities:
* Design and architecture of software components associated with systems related to Remote Carriers and Manned/Unmanned Teaming.
* Development and integration of embedded software in different hardware platforms to be deployed in aircraft subsystems.
* Testing associated with the developed software (inc. unit testing, software component testing, system level testing, etc.).
Requirements:
For this position, we are looking for aeronautical, industrial, telecommunications, computer science or related engineers with an interest in SW development and UAS/UAV systems.
Previous experience and knowledge of software development (inc. C/C++ programming), in software design and architecture and software/hardware integration activities will also be a nice to have.
