Job Title: Employee Development & Management
A talented leader is needed to oversee the daily activities of a team, setting priorities and ensuring task completion. The ideal candidate will possess excellent analytical skills, strong communication abilities, and a proficient understanding of supply chain management.
Responsibilities:
* Coordinate and supervise team activities, including attendance, vacation schedules, claims, training, coaching, and development.
* Set priorities for the team and coordinate work activities with other supervisors.
* Monitor and evaluate team members, providing necessary training and adjustments.
* Attract, retain, and develop high-potential talent.
* Model and promote Avery Dennison's Code of Business Ethics and Values.
* Perform general management duties, exercising usual authority concerning staff performance, promotions, and terminations.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Business, or related field.
* 3+ years of experience in Supply Chain Management or related field, with supervisory or lead experience preferred.
* Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills.
* Proficient understanding of Spanish and English.
