In this role, you will act as the primary liaison between our company and our poker software provider, ensuring smooth operations, feature optimization, and a best-in-class player experience. This position does not require hands-on development but demands strong product knowledge, data-driven decision-making, and the ability to manage relationships with external partners.Responsibilities include:Manage the relationship with the poker software provider, ensuring the platform meets business needsMonitor product performance and collaborate with the provider to optimize features, fix issues, and roll out updatesDefine product requirements and communicate them effectively to the software providerAnalyze player behavior and market trends to recommend improvements and new featuresCoordinate promotions, tournaments, and product enhancements with internal stakeholdersEnsure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practicesWork closely with marketing, customer support, and operations to align product offerings with business objectivesAct as the subject matter expert for the poker product, providing insights and training to internal teamsYour Qualifications:Proven experience in online poker, iGaming, or a related industry.
