We're looking for a Citrix Subject-matter Expert (SME) for the Oracle Health Hosted (OHH) EMEA team.

Supporting the Oracle Health Hosted (OHH) technologies and infrastructure that make up the Oracle Millennium product. As part of an OHH team you will be continually challenged and have an opportunity to support the overall health and automation of systems and platforms that contribute to patient care throughout the Millennium system, working closely with the IP development partners.
As a Site Reliability Engineer you will solve exciting technical challenges by defining, designing, deploying, and troubleshooting key OHH products, platforms, and infrastructure, with an attitude toward reliability, scalability, telemetry, security, and performance.

Our team works within the Oracle Health Production Operations team with a core focus on the customer-aligned system deployments. We are responsible for building and maintaining the products and solutions that enable our customers to operate with greater efficiency, security, and attention to detail. What You'll Do
1. Product Ownership: You will be part of an OHH client support team whose responsibility is the infrastructure ownership of a collection of various Windows OS, Unix, Oracle Cloud Infrastructure, WebSphere, and different DB engine products and/or technology areas along with various Citrix products.
2. Ownership Scope: As an SRE, you will understand the end-to-end configuration, technical dependencies, and overall behavioral characteristics of the presentation tier products you own. In coordination with your development partners, you will have the responsibility to ensure that products and systems are designed and delivered to be available and incident-free with a critical focus on security, reliability, scale, and performance.
3. Product Operations: As the Oracle Cloud evolves, you will partner with IP and development teams in shaping improvements in product architecture both current and future. As an SRE, you will be an expert at articulating technical characteristics of your products and the dependencies between products.
4. Operations Engineering: You will understand and be able to communicate the scale, capacity, security, performance requirements, and telemetry of the products you own. You are a Subject Matter Expert able to understand and communicate every characteristic of your product stack such as:
1. Analyzing product behavior under load and optimizing resource utilization.
2. Implementing instrumentation and metrics to describe product behaviors.
3. Ensuring scalability, resiliency, and recoverability including backup/restore and disaster recovery.
4. Driving security operations, vulnerability remediation, and compliance with corporate standards.
5. Automating processes using tools like (but not only) Kubernetes, Jenkins, Ansible, and Terraform.
6. Preventing recurring issues by implementing long-term solutions.
7. Serving as a technical expert for complex issues, providing escalation support and defining mitigations.
8. Maintaining broad technical interests, understanding product architecture, and explaining its impact on distributed systems.
9. Representing SRE in various forums requiring strong communication and customer-focused skills.
10. Participating in on-call rotations for after-hours support and ensuring operational excellence.
Qualifications
1. 5+ Years of Experience Managing Complex IT Systems/Managing IT Systems
2. Strong experience in Citrix infrastructure technologies
3. ITIL and/or Lean Six Sigma knowledge or certifications
4. Hybrid working environment - 1-2 days per week in the Barcelona Office
5. Server hardware configuration
6. Unix, Windows OS
7. Networking and TCP/IP
8. Load balancing technologies including F5 and Nginx
9. Standard Internet products such as DNS (BlueCat), HTTP, HTTPS, etc.
10. Coding languages such as Python, Java, Javascript, Bash, PowerShell, etc.
11. Configuration management tools like Chef, Ansible, etc.
12. Monitoring and Instrumentation such as Splunk, Zabbix, etc.
13. CI/CD pipelines including GitHub, etc.
14. Container administration and development (Docker, etc.)
15. Operating products in one of the major Clouds such as AWS, OCI, Azure, etc.
16. IT security and compliance (CSSAP, CAPA)
17. Be a good teammate and have the willingness to learn and implement innovative technologies as needed.
18. Methodical approach to solving complex problems.
19. Defining and documenting the technical architecture of sophisticated and highly scalable products.
