We are looking for a motivated and driven Real Estate Agent to join our team in Altea. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and engaging with potential clients, understanding their needs, and matching them with the perfect living spaces. You will lead the negotiation process and help close deals, driving success through your entrepreneurial spirit and dedication to client satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
1. Stage and showcase living spaces to prospective clients.
2. Advertise and market properties to attract potential buyers.
3. Actively find and engage with new prospects, expanding the client base.
4. Understand clients’ criteria and match them with properties that meet their needs.
5. Negotiate sales terms and facilitate the closing of deals.
Qualifications:
1. 1-2 years of sales experience, preferably in real estate.
2. Fluency in Spanish, English, and French is a requirement (additional languages are advantageous but not necessary).
3. Residence in Altea or the surrounding area is required.
4. Self-motivated with a strong entrepreneurial mindset.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
6. Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients and transactions.
7. Strong problem-solving skills and a results-driven attitude.
