Your Responsibilities:
* Organize and manage documentation (filing drafting and reviewing).
* Handle phone calls and emails.
* Prepare reports presentations and meeting minutes.
* Manage databases and administrative processes.
What Were Looking For:
* Education : CFGS in Administration and Finance or similar.
* Experience : At least 1 year in similar roles.
* Skills : Advanced Excel strong communication and negotiation abilities analytical thinking and teamwork.
* Language : High proficiency in English.
* Availability for immediate start.
