Technical analyst

As a Technical Analyst with our client GDP team you will play a pivotal role in enabling seamless integration and optimization of cross-product solutions. You will analyze technical requirements identify dependencies and support the delivery of innovative digital products that enhance pet care globally. This role combines technical expertise with analytical problem-solving and stakeholder collaboration to drive impactful results.

About the Role
We are seeking a Technical Analyst with expertise to support our initiatives across marketing technology platforms. The ideal candidate will work closely with business teams product teams and developers to analyze strategize and implement solutions within the Martech ecosystem. This role will be responsible for managing technical workflows understanding cross-platform integrations and ensuring seamless implementation across marketing applications such as CDP CRM CMS and DAM platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Work closely with business and product teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Analyze document and design technical workflows and integrations across Customer Data Platforms (CDP) Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems Digital Asset Management (DAM) and Content Management Systems (CMS).
Facilitate communication between business teams technical teams and third-party partners (e.g. Accenture Salesforce Consultants) to ensure alignment on solutions.
Identify dependencies between Martech platforms and assess the impact on business use cases.
Engage in high-level strategic discussions regarding Martech ecosystem optimizations and ensure proper documentation.
Present technical solutions to leadership participate in technical forums and contribute to strategic decision-making.
Ensure data governance security and compliance within the Martech platforms.
Act as a point of contact for troubleshooting and resolving Martech-related issues.
Contribute to process improvement and automation initiatives within the Martech ecosystem.
Must-Have Skills Qualifications
5+ years of experience in Martech Solutions with expertise in at least two of the following
Customer Data Platforms (CDP) (e.g. Treasure Data Salesforce Data Cloud Adobe Experience Cloud)
CRM Systems (e.g. Salesforce Marketing)
CMS Platforms (e.g. Adobe Experience Manager Sitecore WordPress)
DAM Platforms (e.g. Bynder Adobe DAM OpenText Media Manager)
Hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar platforms.
Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis system integration and process optimization.
Familiarity with APIs modern software development practices and platform integrations.
Strong understanding of marketing automation identity management and data integration workflows.
Experience working in a business analyst or technical analyst role within a Martech ecosystem.
Ability to manage and analyze large sets of marketing and customer data for strategic insights.
Strong documentation skills and ability to present technical solutions in a structured manner.
