The BorgWarner Arden campus offers two world-class technical centers and a cutting-edge manufacturing facility that designs and produces turbos, fan, and fan drive components for the automotive industry.
This position will transport material or other goods in such a way as to allow the continuous flow of products throughout the facility. Responsibilities include:
1. Unload/Load trucks
2. Verify quantity loading/unloading is accurate
3. Ensure paperwork and labeling is correct
4. Scan parts for receipt/delivery as required
5. Stage material for put away/pickup
6. Review assembly build requirements
7. Pick and stage parts for delivery to the production areas
8. Deliver material from the warehouse to the production areas and vice versa
9. Provide support to the decant areas
10. Drive forklift or operate other power equipment to transport materials
11. Use SAP to put away parts and to pick them from warehouse locations
12. Notify supervisor regarding inventory shortages/discrepancies
13. Stack materials in designated area
14. Understand and adhere to current health, safety, and environmental policies
15. Communicate and enforce safe work procedures
16. Identify and close safety issues and their corrective actions
17. Understand and adhere to current quality and control policies
18. Perform other duties as needed
Minimum Requirements:
High School diploma or equivalent preferred. Licensed to operate forklift. Must have previous experience in a warehouse environment. Minimum of two years of related experience supporting manufacturing operations. Must be computer literate and have the ability to perform basic MS Windows / SAP operating tasks.
Attendance on the job is essential. Must be able to work in a team environment and follow instructions, safety rules, and regulations.

This position will adhere to the BorgWarner Environmental Health and Safety Program by following all safety rules, procedures, practices, training, and safe use of equipment; this includes use of personal protective equipment (PPE) as required. This individual will work in a way that stresses the importance of preventing injury, accidents, or illnesses to themselves or co-workers by correcting or reporting unsafe situations, incidents, or occurrences to their Team Lead immediately.
