As the Head of Marketing, you will be at the forefront of our company’s growth strategy, driving the vision and execution of all marketing initiatives. This role demands a dynamic and visionary leader with a proven track record of developing innovative marketing strategies tailored to the fast-paced and competitive cloud industry, aligning with business objectives and resonating with target audiences.
You will lead a talented team of marketing professionals, ensuring the integration of brand messaging, digital marketing, product marketing, and customer engagement across all channels. Your leadership will be instrumental in crafting campaigns that highlight our unique value propositions, effectively reaching our target audience of developers, IT professionals, and business leaders. Your deep understanding of the cloud landscape, combined with your ability to leverage data-driven insights and emerging trends, will be crucial in establishing our brand as a leader in the space and accelerating our market penetration.
Your ability to analyze market trends, understand customer needs, and deliver impactful campaigns will be key to elevating our brand and achieving long-term success.
Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement Marketing Strategy, in an international environment, to generate leads and drive customer acquisition through a variety of channels, especially through paid media, inbound and automation strategies, and events.
2. Maintain the company’s brand identity, ensuring consistent messaging and positioning across all marketing channels.
3. Oversee all digital marketing efforts, including SEO, SEM, social media, content marketing, email campaigns, and website management to increase brand visibility and engagement.
4. Develop and manage go-to-market strategies for new products, ensuring successful launches and continuous market penetration.
5. Design and implement strategies to attract new partners and retain existing ones.
6. Conduct ongoing market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive threats, using insights to inform marketing strategies and product development.
7. Allocate and manage the marketing budget effectively, ensuring a high return on investment (ROI) across all marketing initiatives.
8. Lead, mentor, and grow an international marketing team, fostering a collaborative environment and driving high performance.
9. Work closely with sales and product to align marketing efforts with overall business objectives and product roadmaps.
10. Utilize analytics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and strategies, adjusting as needed to optimize outcomes.
11. Oversee public relations efforts, including press releases, media relations, and corporate communications to build and protect the company’s reputation.
12. Identify and manage strategic partnerships and alliances that can enhance brand reach and drive growth in the cloud market.
13. Collaborate closely with the CEO and other members of the board team to align marketing efforts with overall company goals and objectives (OKR).
Qualifications:
1. Fluent in Spanish and English.
2. French is a plus.
3. 6-8 years of proven experience as a SaaS Marketing Head of Marketing.
4. Marketing Automation Experience using tools such as Hubspot or Salesforce.
5. Adaptable, versatile, and able to get your hands full! This is a Hands-On position.
6. Proven experience in B2B Marketing Strategies.
7. Proven experience in Team Management.
