Social Media Content Producer
Talking Birds & Flying Fish is a multimedia production house delivering engaging narratives through CG and interactive visuals. Our work brings new ways of interacting with the audience by fusing the latest developments in technology and creative mastery. We turn ideas into experiences, and people are at the core of everything we do.
We are now looking for a part-time in-house partner to help us spread the word about all the amazing projects our team has been working on (and will continue to work on in the future, of course).
Our ideal candidate is a master of words and visual content. You will contribute by creating case studies and social media content in line with our communications strategy, tone of voice, and business goals. You will help us stand out in the digital space, just like we help our clients stand out in immersive communications. Meticulous attention to detail and the ability to create compelling stories are essential for this role. An all-round curiosity about multimedia and a proactive attitude would definitely give you an advantage.
Think you're just the right birdie for the role? Let's talk! Here are a few things to note beforehand:
How you will contribute:
- Produce content and write copy for our digital and social media channels, including Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, Pinterest, website, portfolio decks, and internal communications.
- Based on our communications strategy, develop and execute operations and content plans for key channels, ensuring they are regularly updated with quality, engaging content.
- Engage with the audience by encouraging discussions, monitoring comments, and managing user-generated content.
- Develop new content categories and lead their implementation. You are encouraged to engage the team and find individuals willing to shine through our corporate channels.
- Keep all the content organized and maintain clarity in digital content management.
- Regularly interact with the team to stay up-to-date with current projects and suggest topics for external communications.
- Manage our submissions for multimedia art festivals and awards.
What makes you a successful candidate:
- Native level of English; ideally, you are a native speaker.
- The ability to write compelling copy is a must, with the skill to dive into complicated matters and explain them in an easy-to-read text being key to success.
- Hands-on experience in managing various digital and social media channels is a significant advantage.
- A trained eye for all things visual, with practical experience in graphic software being a plus.
- A people-first attitude, a passion for all things unconventional, and an aspiration for leading the way in innovative communication practices.
- Strong communication skills, open-mindedness, and keen proactivity.
- A good understanding of multimedia content development or a genuine curiosity in multimedia technologies powered by strong observation skills will be a great plus.
What's in it for you:
- A supportive team that puts genuine ethics and interpersonal connections in charge.
- Ample room for professional growth in a mentoring environment.
- Diverse challenges that result in projects you can add to your personal portfolio.
- Remote work and a flexible working schedule.
- Partial compensation for educational training of your choice.
- Internal lectures on various subjects.
If you're interested in the opportunity, we are very much interested in hearing from you! Remember, a successful candidate is not necessarily the one ticking 100% of the boxes—so please don't hesitate to get in touch. It's your attitude that matters most.
