About the Role
As the Growth Marketing Manager, you will own and execute demand generation strategies to attract, engage, and convert high-value prospects. You will work closely with sales, product marketing, and content teams to design multi-channel campaigns that drive pipeline growth and accelerate revenue. Key Responsibilities
* Develop and execute multi-channel demand generation campaigns, including paid media, email marketing, ABM, SEO, and content marketing.
* Optimize marketing funnel performance, leveraging data analytics to improve conversion rates and customer acquisition.
* Collaborate with sales teams to ensure alignment on lead scoring, nurture strategies, and pipeline acceleration tactics.
* Manage and optimize paid media channels (Google Ads, LinkedIn, etc.) to drive high-quality leads.
* Experiment with new growth strategies and continuously analyze performance metrics to iterate and improve campaign outcomes.
* Utilize marketing automation and CRM tools (HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce, etc.) to drive efficiencies and maximize ROI.
* Own reporting and analytics for demand generation, providing insights on campaign performance and pipeline contribution.
What We're Looking For
* 3-5+ years of experience in B2B demand generation, growth marketing, or performance marketing within a SaaS or cybersecurity company.
* A proven track record of executing and optimizing demand generation programs that drive measurable pipeline and revenue growth.
* Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms, paid media, SEO, and ABM strategies.
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data to make informed decisions and optimize performance.
* Excellent collaboration skills to work cross-functionally with sales, content, and product marketing teams.
