POSITION
We have a great opportunity for a Water Treatment Sales Representative to join our team. Chem-Aqua is a world-leading provider of industrial water treatment solutions operating at the forefront of the industry. In order to provide the best service to our customers, we continuously invest to respond to the market with a highly qualified team and a number of patented technologies to ensure that we achieve our objectives.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing the business in their area, as well as enhancing services to existing customers. He / she will help to achieve the activity levels to meet the respective growth targets and additional requirements.
The new team member will receive strong technical / commercial support and training to enable professional growth and rapid integration into the business. We will succeed together!
RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Maintain and provide service in the assigned accounts, utilizing material and specialized equipment for water analysis, as well as laboratory analysis support.
2. Identify new sales opportunities and their development.
3. Coordinate technical / commercial meetings at the client's facilities.
4. Monitor and comply with established activity objectives.
5. Provide technical advice to assigned clients.
6. Manage customer and service relationships.
7. Be available to travel within the national territory to support other colleagues, in a timely manner, if necessary.
APPLICANT REQUIREMENTS
KNOWLEDGE
1. Knowledge in the treatment of cooling towers, boilers, etc.
2. Experience in the operation and handling of dosing and control equipment (pumps, panels, probes, etc.).
3. Solid experience in relationships at the company level.
4. Ability to perform water analysis at the client's facilities, interpret, and report results.
5. Proven networking skills, demonstrating a clear ability to build client relationships based on professionalism and commitment.
6. Demonstrated ability to develop solutions (consultative sales approach).
7. A good knowledge of risk prevention policies and practices is essential, along with a strong commitment to them.
8. Ability to work as a team, in an environment where the human aspect and support among colleagues is paramount.
9. Knowledge of English will be a plus.
TRAINING
1. Training and experience in disciplines related to the services offered is a plus.
2. Sales training and experience is a plus.
3. Having notions of electricity and plumbing will be valued positively.
4. Valid driver's license is mandatory.
5. Great enthusiasm and desire to grow professionally, receiving training in the technical and commercial field is essential.
6. Knowledge and user-level management of Word, Excel, etc.
7. Having the certificate of professionalism in the field of Legionella control is very valuable.
