We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team in Madrid!
You would be integrated into the Talent Acquisition & People Partner (international markets & corporate positions) team.
You'll thrive in a fast-paced, international environment, as part of a highly ambitious and motivated team dealing with different markets.
Supported by your manager, Bob Van Woesik, you will be responsible for recruiting sales profiles on the Belgian market.
Responsibilities
1. Management of recruitment for Belgian French-speaking vacancies.
2. Management of the recruitment process from A to Z: analysis of needs with the managers, publication of advertisements, selection of CVs, headhunting on LinkedIn (or each relevant sourcing technique).
3. Setting up and conducting interviews, follow-up of candidates until negative feedback or their arrival and updating of our follow-up tools.
4. Implementation of the sourcing strategy: you define the sourcing strategy for each job opening and update it regularly according to the results and priorities. You develop relationships with our current partners (job boards) and develop new partnerships to improve CV acquisition.
5. Management of the onboarding process: You ensure all newcomers are properly welcomed and ensure efficient collaboration with the administrative team.
6. Ensure a great candidate experience within your perimeter.
7. Continuous process improvement: in collaboration with the various members of the recruitment team, you propose improvements and adaptations to the scope for which you are responsible.
8. Ensure an efficient, professional, and friendly recruitment process to every candidate, regardless of the final decision regarding their application.

3. You speak French (perfectly) and English (fluently); Dutch would be a big plus.
