What does this opportunity entail?
"At AMURA IT, we are expanding our Digital area and looking for a Salesforce Coordinator with strong customer-oriented and management skills. If you have an advanced level of English (C1) and are based in Spain, this opportunity is for you!"
What are the requirements for this position?
* 3 - 5 years of experience in CRM management.
* Intermediate knowledge of Salesforce CRM as a user.
* Intermediate to advanced level of Microsoft Excel.
* Ability to lead, coordinate, and organize meetings.
* High level of English: C1, with the ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
* Experience in the pharmaceutical sector is a plus.
What will my daily responsibilities be?
* Perform intermediate tasks in Salesforce, such as managing customer data and generating reports.
* Provide support to clients by resolving incidents related to system usage through remote technical assistance.
* Facilitate communication and collaboration between business areas and technical areas involved in CRM management.
* Ensure customer satisfaction through follow-up calls and emails.
* Train new users on the system and its functionalities.
* Offer proactive solutions to issues, as well as identify and resolve incidents.
* Lead and coordinate meetings with internal and/or external teams, ensuring that objectives are met.
* Use Excel to organize, analyze, and report data related to customers and sales.
* Create reports and dashboards that assist in strategic decision-making.
