We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Key Account Manager with German language skills to join a project in the midst of an ambitious expansion phase. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in key account management, strategic sales, and business development, with a focus on maximizing growth and profitability of key accounts.
Main Responsibilities:
* Develop and retain both national and international markets.
* Manage assigned accounts.
* Negotiate commercial terms with key retailers.
* Ensure the business plan is met with clients.
* Develop new markets and identify potential clients.
* Define and implement commercial expansion strategies for the company.
* Prepare commercial reports.
* Attend national and international trade fairs in the sector.
Required Qualification:
* University degree.
* German and English proficiency is essential; knowledge of other languages is a plus.
* A minimum of two years of experience in similar positions.
* Knowledge of sales channels.
* Experience working with both MDD (Private Label) and MDF (Manufacturer's Brand).
* Willingness to travel.
