We (Torre) are helping Sancrisoft find a top candidate to join their team full-time for the role of Full Stack Developer Node/React - Opening Sep 2024.
Compensation:
USD 2.5K - 3K/month.
+ Health insurance.
Location:
Remote (specific timezone) - GMT-09:00 to GMT-01:00.

What makes you a strong candidate:
* You have 3+ years of experience in JavaScript and web development.
* You are expert in CSS and HTML.
* You are proficient in Node.js, React.js, TypeScript, and Git.
* You are beginner in Figma.
* English - Fully fluent.
* Spanish - Fully fluent.
Responsibilities:
* At least 3 years of professional web development experience in the JavaScript stack.
* Higher education in systems engineering, computer science, computing, electronics or similar related to software development.
* Fluent in English (written and spoken). We aim for B2 level, at least.
* Familiar with Git, specifically with branch management, conflict resolution, and creating/reviewing pull requests.
* Ability to produce clean, valid and semantic HTML.
* Advanced knowledge of CSS and responsive layout. Implementation of designs provided through Figma with high attention to details.
* Typescript on React and Node.js.
* Design and implementation of relational databases such as MySQL and PostgreSQL.
* Knowledge of NoSQL databases such as MongoDB.
* Have a performant computer and reliable sources of power and high-speed Internet connection.
Frontend - React.js:
* Clear understanding of the life cycle of components.
* Functional components and hooks.
* Best practices for performance.
* Management of global states through context, Redux or similar.
* CSS in JS like styled components, CSS modules or similar.
* Consume APIs with Axios, fetch, RTK or similar.
* Forms building, validation and handling.
Backend - Node.js:
* Synchronous and asynchronous programming patterns.
* Ability to build REST APIs using frameworks such as Express or Restify.
* Knowledge of authentication and authorization mechanisms such as JWT, OAuth or similar.
* Work with SQL and NoSQL databases.
Other desirable but not required skills:
* Next.js knowledge and its most important concepts about rendering and performance.
* Building of websites with Headless CMS such as Contentful, Contentstack or similar.
* Experience with Nest.JS framework.
* React Native - highly appreciated!
* Consume and produce GraphQL APIs.
* Basic SEO techniques.
* Unit tests.
Responsibilities:
* Work execution along the day, EST time zone, 8 hours/day from Monday to Friday. This is a synchronous job that needs us to be available during our customer's working hours.
* Consistent and effective communication, including participating in video calls and Slack chats throughout the day.
* Daily time tracking through written logs.
* Solid orientation to productivity. Ability to produce effective results with minimal supervision.
* Take ownership and responsibility for assigned missions. High problem-solving skills.

Conditions:
* Monthly compensation between USD 2.5K and 3.2K. This range is non-negotiable, and the final amount will be defined according to the candidate's experience level. Sancrisoft assumes the banking fees.
