Their products and systems enable medical professionals to reduce risk and enhance quality of cardiac, vascular and transplant surgery. They provide clinically relevant information that empowers surgeons to make better-informed decisions in the operating room. The company is currently focused to grow and we are now searching for:
TERRITORY MANAGER CARDIOLOGY CAPITAL EQUIPMENT
Residence Andalusia preferably Seville
Reporting to the Headquarter his/her main functions are to maximize sales and support to customers within area of responsibility. It means:
▪Maximize the territory potential in terms of sales orders, margin, market share and customer satisfaction.
▪Generate, record and maintain customer profiles, including keeping track of key decision makers.
▪Track market effectively and provide forecast and competitors data.
▪Develop and execute of sales planning in the territory.
▪Organize product demonstrations, site visits and follow up.
▪Prepare and coordinate the tender response and the tender documentation in collaboration with superior.
▪Support local marketing activities.
Formal requirements:
▪Minimum 5 years of experience from selling Capital Equipment to Healthcare Industry.
▪3 – 5 years´ experience in a clinical setting, preferably within the cardiac OR (operating room).
▪Strong business acumen with sound technical and clinical product understanding.
▪Deep understanding on their territory business.
▪Microsoft Office (Excel, Power Point) and Outlook.
▪Fluent communication in English and Spanish (written and oral).
▪Extensive availability to travel within the territory.
▪Based in Andalusia preferably Seville.
Relevant aspects of personality/skills:
▪Experience from consultative selling with emphasis on quality oral communication and experience with training and education.
▪With initiative, structured, well organized, time efficient.
▪Influential with strong personal impact and negotiation abilities (analytical and communication skills).
▪Endurance and focus to hold on long sales cycle.
▪Able to liaising with multiple stakeholders in /out company.
