100% Immediately or by arrangement Client Relationship & Sales Support Manager
As a Client Relationship & Sales (CRS) Support Manager at Incore Corporate Services in Madrid (Spain), you will work very closely with CRS coworkers in Switzerland.
You will be supporting our team with customer documentation, onboarding processes, and compliance-related tasks. You will be responsible for ensuring all procedures meet internal and regulatory standards while providing operational support to the sales and relationship management teams.
You will report directly to the Head of CRS and you will be responsible for the timely and efficient execution of assigned tasks, like;
* Supporting Relationship Managers, Sales Managers, and Assistants of the Client Relationship & Sales (CRS) team with various daily administrative tasks
* Creation of digital customer dossiers in compliance with internal guidelines and formats; managing all required forms and documents.
* Preparation of KYC documents for existing and new customers.
* Operational activities in the area of onboarding/change of circumstances, different types of customer screenings fulfilling all compliant needs and required due diligence.
* Processing of transaction monitoring hits (SIRON) and daily coordinating them with the CRS team
To be successful in this role, you will have
* a Bachelor's degree in Business, Banking, Law, or a related field (higher education is an advantage).
* 3-5 years of experience in banking, particularly in customer onboarding, due diligence, or compliance
* Familiarity with corporate or B2B banking is a plus.
* strong knowledge of due diligence, customer documentation, and KYC processes.
* Fluency in English is required; Spanish is preferred but not mandatory. German or any additional language is an asset.
