Our client, a leading company based in the province of Barcelona, is seeking a Global People Manager to drive the organizations global people strategy. This is a high impact executive role, reporting directly to the CEO and serving as a key member of the Executive Committee.Role OverviewThe Global People Manager will be responsible for designing and implementing global people management strategies aligned with the companys culture, values, and business objectives. This role is instrumental in fostering talent development, cultural transformation, and organizational agility in an ever evolving environment. The mission is to enhance sustainable growth, innovation, digitalization, and leadership while ensuring regulatory compliance and corporate reputation.Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Business PartnerAct as a trusted strategic advisor to the Executive Committee, shaping the corporate strategy from a people management perspective.Ensure alignment between business objectives and talent culture strategies.Global People ManagementDevelop and execute strategies for talent attraction, retention, and development on a global scale.Implement selection, onboarding, development, and training policies aligned with corporate strategy.Ensure consistency in people management policies across all regions and business units.Organizational Culture Corporate ValuesDrive cultural transformation and reinforce corporate values.Promote internal leadership and the development of key talent.Integrate sustainability and social responsibility initiatives into people management strategies.Regulatory Compliance Labor RelationsAct as a key liaison for labor and legal matters related to people management.Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations across multiple geographies.Maintain strategic relationships with unions and key stakeholders in the labor sector.People Function LeadershipLead HR teams at HQ and globally, driving excellence in human capital management.Design and implement compensation, benefits, and performance management policies.Chion initiatives that enhance employee experience and engagement.Ensure ethical and responsible management across all people related processes.Required Qualifications EducationBachelors degree in Labor Relations, Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Law, or related fields.Postgraduate studies in MBA (preferred) or similar.Other qualifications in People Analytics, Labor Relations Negotiation, Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), Diversity, Equity Inclusion (DEI) will be highly valued.Experience15 years of experience in HR, with at least 5 years in senior executive roles.Proven leadership in cultural transformation and change management in family owned companies.Experience in budget management and alignment with business objectives.Strong background in multinational environments and Employer Value Proposition (EVP) strategies.Other Skills CompetencesExperience in SuccessFactors will be a plus.Fluent in Spanish
