Payroll Operations Specialist
This is a dynamic role for a detail-oriented payroll professional who combines technical expertise with a proactive mindset to support seamless payroll execution and compliance across multiple countries.
Key Responsibilities
* Process payroll for Spain in collaboration with various teams and under the supervision of the Spanish Senior Payroll Manager.
* Ensure compliance with legal requirements for employee management, including new hires, terminations, and tax declarations.
* Control and execute declarations in accordance with the tax calendar.
* Maintain up-to-date knowledge of local labor laws and legal developments that impact payroll operations.
Requirements
* Fluency in Spanish (native) and a very high level of English.
* Spanish Degree in Labor Relations, Accounting or HR with a Payroll specialization.
* Diploma in Payroll (Diploma de Nóminas) is a must.
* At least 2/3 years of experience in Spanish payroll processing in agencies or companies.
* Proficiency in A3 payroll software (A3 Innuva or A3 Asesor), Siltra, Sistema Red,
* Knowledge of social security systems, pension schemes, and employee benefits.
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in payroll calculations.
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate across teams.
