Job Responsibilities
1. Creating performance-driven video ads for Meta, Google, and YouTube.
2. Apply a strong understanding of key performance concepts in video ads, including hooks, CTAs, pacing, and storytelling structures that maximize purchases.
3. Stay ahead of design trends to push creative boundaries and bring fresh ideas to the team.
4. Implement effective pacing and transitions to keep specific target audiences engaged.
5. Leverage data-driven insights to optimize video ads, tailoring visuals to the target audience and conversion metrics.
6. Contribute to ideation and creative solutions to enhance campaign performance.
Minimum Requirements
1. At least 3 years of experience in video editing, preferably within an eCommerce or creative agency.
2. Demonstrable video editing ability and creativity with a strong portfolio.
3. Expertise with generative AI tools such as MidJourney, Eleven Labs, Runway ML, or Pika Labs.
4. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere) and Canva.
5. A team player with a proactive, committed, and positive attitude who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
6. Strong organizational and time management skills.
7. A meticulous eye for detail, ensuring every piece of work is highly polished and well-executed.
