Job Description: South East Asia Technical Sales Manager
Report to: Head Area Manager Asia, Middle East, and Africa.
Main Duties:
* Develop strategic growth at the territory level, full revenue responsibility, including forecasting and target performance achievement.
* Support distributors in training, sales, and technical service.
* Detect, promote, and execute new opportunities.
* Attend customer events and international fairs.
* Ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
* Follow industry trends and competitive activity in the assigned area and provide guidance to the Head Area Manager and company management.
* Collaborate with other departments such as marketing, Regulatory Affairs, Technical department, and logistics.
* Ability to travel 80-100 days per year.
Competence:
We are searching for a highly motivated and goal-driven person who will be responsible for managing and expanding our existing accounts, while searching for new prospects, increasing both profit and volume of sales in the region. It is expected to have a strong ability to communicate with and support customers, strong decision-making and problem-solving skills, a long-term strategic focus on accounts, a proactive attitude, and a teamwork mindset.
Education:
Degree in Veterinary Medicine, Agriculture Engineering, or similar related to Animal Nutrition and Health. Fluent in English spoken and written; knowledge of other languages will be an added value.
Experience:
Experience in commercial roles with a technical approach will be highly appreciated. Field experience in animal production, health, or nutrition. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar or equivalent position.
